My name is Kristin Reynado Suniega and I am 20 years old. I am from the Philippines. I now live in Dublin. 

I have had a passion for art since my childhood. Art has been a place of comfort for me and it helps me to relax.  My favorite art mediums are watercolors and acrylic paints. I also love to work with pastels. 

In my art practice, I really enjoy creating abstract art. Vincent Van Gough is an inspiration for my art practice. The Starry Night is my favorite painting of his artwork. I really enjoy incorporating his style into my art. 

My exhibition piece is inspired by my family home town in the Philippines.  The Connecting Artists Programme 2024 community has  given me the opportunity to meet  with like minded creatives, and to be in a community that understands me.
