Hi my name is Brian Kennedy, I am an artist from Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow. I am inspired by buildings, logos, flags, steam trains, and anything that takes my interest. 

I create my art using pencils, pastels, and markers and my style is realism. I'm not sure what I am trying to say through my art,  I just do it as a hobby. I don’t think about what I say through it. I am surprised I got into the Connecting Artists Programme, I did not expect it. I am apprehensive and nervous about exhibiting at the Royal College of Surgeons, though I have exhibited before. At Mermaid in Bray, with my Bray Lakers Art Class and was featured in Bray People.
